       up to 21 days before rental period:                                       60 % of rental price

       up to 14 days before rental period:                                       90 % of rental price​

Our measures to ensure clean and hygienic premises

 

 1. Preparation

 

We ventilate the premises by opening windows and all types of ventilators

We use all necessary equipment such as a hoover, mop, etc.

We use cleaning products, including disinfectant. 

 

2. Cleaning 

 

  We empty all rubbish bins and insert new bags

  Wash laundry at the highest recommended temperature

  Dust, sweep and vacuum all floors

  Clean all surfaces with soap and water

 

3. Sanitise

 

We use disposable wipes for the surfaces

Once the surface has been cleaned, we disinfect it 

 

4. Check

 

We take note of any maintenance problems such as light bulbs that need to be replaced

We take note of any products or disinfectants that need to be replaced

We close doors, disinfect handles and do not re-enter spaces that have already been cleaned and sanitised.
